Dallas | Birthday Dinner Booking

During my recent visit to Dallas I had the phenomenal opportunity to cook privately for a birthday dinner of a mutual friend. At first I was nervous to accept the booking being that I was out of state, did not have any of my cooking equipment & was asked to cook at a rental property (meaning once again LIMITED cooking appliances). 

However when my best friend told me that the birthday girl was dying to try my Pineapple Bowls I just could not say no, because when its my birthday I want to get what I want as well. Good Karma 101 !

I began my preparations right at 7:30PM as the guests began to arrive as dinner was scheduled for 9PM and thoroughly enjoyed answering all food inquires as new ladies joined the party. One of my favorite things to do is have the guests tastes things as I go to incorporate them into the dining experience and to keep things fun.
