Dine Out Chronicles: The Alchemist

It is rare for me to have early morning breakfast cravings, so when I do have one – I act on it if possible. One of these breakfast cravings came over me yesterday and all I could think about was the “Chef’s Breakfast” from The Alchemist in Wilton Manors, FL.

“The Chef’s Breakfast” is a delightful creation that was recommended to me on my first visit to the alchemist last year. It is a delectable, tater tot hash brown waffle, topped with two fried eggs, avocado salad, Pico de Gallo, bacon bits and whole lotta love (as their menu says). Another honorable menu item mention, goes to their award winning iced coffee. And it really has won awards! Its called “The Alchemist Iced Coffee”. It is made with 24-hour cold brew, condensed milk, brown sugar and whole milk and honestly it just tastes like heaven.

Put the amazing hash brown waffle and delicious iced coffee aside and ask me what my other favorite thing about The Alchemist is?! THEY ARE PET FRIENDLY- legit pet friendly where there are water bowls available at their outside tables and all of the great staff love interacting with the patron’s furry guests.

So what is the point of this dine out chronicle blog?! Honestly I just wanted to share a little bit about one of my favorite breakfast places that accepts my fur baby and me with open arms & amazing food every time. It is rare to go somewhere & consistently order the same exact thing and always receive consistency & quality.
Love, love, love this place!
